    Financing for the $14.6 million Orchards at Orenco includes $9 million in low-income housing tax credit equity from Well Fargo, $2.5 million in a Network for Oregon Affordable Housing permanent loan with the Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program, and $1.5 million from a Washington County HOME loan.
