Show us your affordable housing developments. Affordable Housing Finance has opened its annual Readers’ Choice Awards for nominations. The deadline has been extended until March 27.
Affordable housing developments that were completed in 2022 or will be completed this year can be nominated at ahfawards.com.
AHF will select the finalists, which will be featured online and in the July/August issue, based on several criteria, including impact, problem solving, and cost effectiveness. Magazine and newsletter subscribers will then vote for the winners in each category along with an overall winner.
The program will recognize affordable housing developments in nine categories–family, historic rehab, mixed-use, permanent supportive housing, preservation, public housing redevelopment, rural, seniors, and urban.
