New Leaders Take Over Missouri and N.J. HFAs

New executives have been appointed at the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency.

In Missouri, Margaret Lineberry has been selected executive director of MHDC.

Prior to taking her new post, she practiced law at the Lineberry Law Firm and Shook, Hardy & Bacon, where she served as chair of the business litigation section. Lineberry’s 30-year career as an attorney has focused on housing, real estate development, and project finance.

Marchetta brings 35 years of experience in the public and private sectors to the New Jersey agency. Most recently, he was vice president of LCOR, Inc., where he managed multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

For 10 years, he served as executive director of the Middlesex County Department of Housing and Community Development in New Jersey. In 1998, Marchetta was appointed to serve on the state Planning Commission.
