Mercy Opens S.F. Project

Mercy Housing California held a dedication ceremony for its new 10th & Mission Family Housing development in San Francisco.

The 12-story building features 136 affordable apartments, including 44 designated for formerly homeless families.

Catholic Charities CYO is operating the property’s youth and family center.

Financing for the project was provided by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, the California Department of Housing and Community Development, Union Bank, RBC Capital, city and county of San Francisco—Mayor’s Office of Housing, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, California Bank & Trust, Enterprise Green Communities Initiative, Home Depot Foundation, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Catholic Healthcare West, VILO Properties, and the Honig Family Trust.
