Top affordable housing developers and other industry leaders will dig into the challenges and opportunities ahead for the sector at AHF Live: The Affordable Housing Developers Summit.

Taking place just two weeks after the election, the conference will offer a preview of the critical changes that will be taking place in Washington, D.C., as well as the financial markets in 2025.

New Speakers Join AHF Live Lineup

AHF Live’s high-powered roster of speakers includes many new names this year.

Speaking at the annual conference for the first time include developers:

Approximately 1,700 for-profit and nonprofit developers, finance executives, housing officials, and other essential partners will gather at AHF Live, Nov. 18-20, in Chicago.

The State of the Industry Power Panel will weigh in on the most pressing issues that are hampering affordable housing production, the presidential election, the latest efforts on the federal front to increase supply, and what developers need to know about getting their deals done in the coming year.

The roundtable will feature developers Jeff Kittle, president and CEO of Kittle Property Group, and Alice Carr, CEO of April Housing, who will be joined by finance executives Mahesh Aiyer, managing director of Citi Community Capital, and Maria Barry, managing director and community development banking national executive at Bank of America, and industry leader and advocate Bob Moss, principal and founding partner of MG Housing Strategies.

Moderated by Christine Serlin, editor at Zonda, the power panel will set the tone for the rest of the conference.
