Join the nation’s top affordable housing developers and finance executives at AHF Live: Housing Developers Forum to learn the latest information on hot-button issues, such as Opportunity Zones (OZs) and income-averaging. The conference is April 1-3 at The Aria in Las Vegas.

This year’s Forum will focus on providing developers and economic development officials with information about the newest initiatives and critical changes to long-standing programs they need to know to stay ahead of the curve.

The conference will begin by digging into OZs. Daniel Kowalski, counselor to the secretary of the Department of the Treasury, will report on the latest Treasury guidance for the emerging program. Following his presentation, OZ fund sponsors and developers will discuss their plans to put the program into action. Another panel of OZ experts will dig into the nitty-gritty details to break down the most recent regulations and what developers need to know.

Forum attendees will also get a look at how developers and housing finance agencies are implementing the new income-averaging option in the low-income housing tax credit program, hear about the latest strategies being adopted by cities, health-care systems, and others to ease the housing crisis, and receive an up-to-the-minute report on what’s happening on Capitol Hill.

Several of the nation’s top developers will take part in the sessions, including the Deep Dive with AHF 50 Developers panel, where they’ll reveal how they are positioning their companies for future growth.

In addition, the Finance Executives Power Panel will bring together leading equity and debt providers to help developers navigate the markets changes and newest programs. Representatives from Fannie Mae, Citi Community Capital, R4 Capital, and others will take part.
