To be considered for this year’s lists, general partner developers and owners must complete a survey by Jan. 22, 2018. Download the survey below.
The AHF 50 reveals how many affordable housing units are under development and ownership by leading national and regional firms.
The ranking of top developers will be based on how many affordable housing units a firm started construction on in 2017. The top owners’ list is determined by the number of affordable housing units owned as of Jan. 1, 2018. The results will appear in the April/May issue.
All general partner owners and developers are urged to take part.
