Dominion Promotes McElroy to Partner
T.J. McElroy, senior vice president of capital markets, has been elevated to partner at Dominium, a leading affordable housing developer, owner, and manager.
McElroy leads the firm’s strategy for managing and expanding its debt and equity relationships. He is responsible for securing efficient, innovative financing solutions across the company’s portfolio, including Dominium’s transition to a programmatic portfolio financing model.
In addition, McElroy has spearheaded the formation of a new business platform, Dominium Fund Management (DFM). This business line was created to manage and grow the company’s investments in tax-exempt multifamily housing securities and related affordable housing credit assets.
He began his career as a Dominium intern in 2012 and became a full-time associate in 2013. After spending seven years with Castlelake, a global private investment firm, McElroy rejoined Dominium in 2021 as vice president of capital markets.

Angela Kelcher
Kelcher Joins KeyBank
Angela Kelcher has been named central region team leader for KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment. She is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
In this role, she will lead the region’s debt and equity team, driving growth and strengthening client relationships across the region while leveraging her extensive national network to expand KeyBank’s affordable housing platform.
Kelcher brings more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in affordable housing finance to KeyBank. Most recently, she served as senior managing director of capital markets and affordable housing leader at JLL. Prior to JLL, Kelcher spent nearly 18 years at Fannie Mae, where she was senior director of multifamily affordable housing production from 2013 to 2022.
Community HousingWorks Announces Promotions

Yvette Villa-Barry
Community HousingWorks (CHW), a nonprofit affordable housing developer and owner based in San Diego, has announced two promotions.
Yvette Villa-Barry, who joined CHW in November 2024 as vice president of real estate asset management, has been elevated to senior vice president of asset management and resident services.
Villa-Barry will set the strategic direction for all aspects of the communities in CHW’s portfolio, overseeing both the asset management and resident services teams. She will lead efforts to preserve the quality and integrity of CHW’s buildings, while advancing programs and services that support residents and strengthen communities

Lakeysha Sowunmi
Lakeysha Sowunmi has been promoted to senior director of resident services and will continue to lead the team providing on-site support and services to residents in CHW communities.
Sowunmi joined CHW in 2020 as community engagement manager and, within two years, was elevated to director of resident services.
CHW serves more than 12,000 working families, seniors, and children living in over 5,000 homes.
Wallick Names SVP of Senior Living Operations
Abraham Mathew has been appointed senior vice president of senior living operations at Wallick. He will lead the strategic and operational direction of the company’s senior living division, elevating resident care, driving growth, promoting operational excellence, and building a high-performing, mission-aligned team across its communities.
Mathew recently served as regional vice president of operations for Lifespace Communities, overseeing multiple communities across Texas.
Wallick serves the affordable housing, workforce housing, and senior living markets.
United Church Homes Announces Leadership Moves
United Church Homes (UCH) has announced the transition of Terry Spitznagel to senior executive vice president and chief operating officer and the promotion of Amy Kotterman to senior executive director of integrated operations.
In her new capacity as COO, Spitznagel will lead the organization’s operational strategy and execution across all service areas, ensuring high-quality outcomes, sustainability, and continued innovation in care and housing solutions for older adults.
Spitznagel joined UCH in 2020, and, under her leadership, UCH has expanded its service lines through UCH Management, strengthened care navigation through NaviGuide, and improved operational performance across the organization.
Kotterman will oversee multiple interdisciplinary service lines, including middle-market housing, memory care program management, and dining services. As senior executive director, she is responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and program integration across service lines.
Kotterman has served UCH for more than 30 years, most recently as director of customer experience.
UCH serves nearly 7,000 residents across more than 90 communities in 15 states and two Native American nations.
