Take part in Affordable Housing Finance’s annual AHF 50 survey of top developers and owners.

To be considered for this year’s lists, general partner developers and owners must complete the survey by Jan. 16.

The AHF 50 is broken into two primary lists. The first ranks developers by how many new affordable housing units they started construction on in 2019. The second ranks firms by how many affordable housing units they owned as of Jan. 1, 2020. AHF also publishes lists of the Top 10 companies that completed acquisitions and substantial rehabs during 2019.

All general partner owners and developers are encouraged to take part.
