AHF 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards: Public Housing Redevelopment Finalists

Developers have revitalized aging public housing projects and neighborhoods with new communities in Knoxville, Tennessee; San Francisco; and the Virgin Islands.

Public-private partnerships are transforming public housing communities around the nation and in the Virgin Islands. This year’s public housing redevelopment finalists include Amani and Nia at Sunnydale HOPE SF in San Francisco; First Creek at Austin Phase 2 in Knoxville Tennessee; and Walter I.M. Hodge Pavilion in Frederiksted, St. Croix.

AHF subscribers can vote for the best project in this and eight other categories plus an overall winner.
