The permanent supportive housing category caters to some of the nation’s most vulnerable individuals and households. This year’s four finalists—The Anchor at Mariners Inn in Detroit; The Lyndia in Boston; Nest56 at Denargo Market in Denver; and Solaire Apartments in San Jose, California—are providing housing and wraparound services for the chronically homeless, individuals undergoing substance use treatment, and transition-aged youths.
AHF subscribers can vote for the best project in this and eight other categories plus an overall winner.
