Susan Pourciau

Susan Pourciau is policy director at the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness. She leads the organization’s work around increasing affordable housing opportunities for households exiting homelessness. Pourciau has extensive experience working in homelessness service systems and Continuum of Care leadership. Most recently, she used her expertise in homelessness and affordable housing to provide technical assistance to local governments, the private sector, affordable housing leaders, and CoC stakeholders in Florida. Her background includes capacity building, systems redesign, and creating cross-sector collaborations. Pourciau has a law degree from Duke University and a Ph.D. from Arizona State University.
