Paul Weissman is senior managing director, head of affordable housing production at Lument, where he oversees the firm’s affordable housing production, sales, and business development initiatives. He has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing with expertise across nearly every financial assistance program available, including tax-exempt bond financing, HUD Section 8 subsidies, Sections 202 and 232 subsidies, low-income housing tax credits, HOPE VI, FHA tax credit pilot program, the Rental Assistance Demonstration program, and more.
