AHTCC Video Showcases Housing Tax Credit Success

1 MIN READ

The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC) released a video last week highlighting the success of the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program and how the tax credit has specifically aided low-income, homeless, and disabled veterans in Houston.

The video showcases Travis Street Plaza, a 192-unit permanent housing project developed by Cantwell-Anderson’s Cloudbreak Houston subsidiary, which was completed at the end of 2012 and reached full occupancy a year ago.

Featured in the video are testimonials from a U.S. Army veteran and Travis Street Plaza resident and industry leaders Joe Hagan, president and CEO of National Equity Fund; Terri Ludwig, president and CEO of Enterprise Community Partners; and Todd Crow, president of the AHTCC and executive vice president of PNC Real Estate.
