1 MIN READ

Boston Capital Asset Management (BCAM) has been selected to provide asset management services to the Arizona Department of Housing. The services will cover the department’s affordable housing properties receiving funding under the Tax Credit Assistance Program and credit exchange program.

Both programs were created under the recent American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and are aimed at helping stalled low-income housing tax credit projects get built or rehabilitated.

BCAM will monitor the performance of the housing department’s portfolio and assist with the added management and compliance requirements mandated by the new programs.

Focused on affordable housing and multifamily asset management, the firm has a 2,200-property, $10 billion real estate portfolio under management.
