It’s time for Affordable Housing Finance’s annual survey that determines the AHF 50 top developers and owners.

To be considered for the annual lists, general partner developers and owners must complete our annual survey.

The AHF 50 developers list will rank firms based on how many new affordable housing units they started construction on in 2023. The AHF 50 owners list will rank firms by how many affordable housing units they own as of Jan. 1, 2024. We will also publish lists of the Top 10 companies that completed acquisitions and substantial rehabs in 2023.
All general partner developers and owners are encouraged to participate. Surveys are due Feb. 5, 2024.
