AHF’s 2023 Readers’ Choice Awards: Rural Finalists

Developers tackle housing challenges in rural locales.

The rural category features four finalists serving diverse needs—Allegany Junction brings important new housing to Cumberland, Maryland; Creekside Terrace tackles the housing shortage in Mariposa, California, due to short-term rentals; The Meadows serves agricultural workers and their families in Darlington, Wisconsin; and Yurok Homes #3 provides a range of housing options for tribal members in Arcata, California.

AHF subscribers can vote for the best project in this and eight other categories plus an overall winner.
