Be counted in Affordable Housing Finance’s annual survey that determines the AHF 50 top developers and owners.
To be considered for the annual lists, developers and owners must complete the survey, which is now available. The survey is limited to general partner developers and owners.
The AHF 50 developers list will rank firms based on how many new affordable housing units they started construction on in 2022. The AHF 50 owners list will rank firms by how many affordable housing units they own as of Jan. 1, 2023. We also will publish lists of the Top 10 companies that completed acquisitions and substantial rehabs in 2022.
All general partner developers and owners are encouraged to take part. Surveys are due Feb. 1, 2023.
